Through her Empowered LeadHERship Experience for Women in Dental, Brandi works with high-capacity women who are tired of betraying themselves for the sake of being liked. Her approach blends practical leadership tools with the kind of personal growth work that actually shifts things, ultimately helping leaders reconnect with their voice, their worth, and the reason they got into this work in the first place, leading them to deeper and more meaningful connections with their life and work.

She also hosts The Real Talk of Dental podcast, bringing unfiltered honesty, humor, and humanity back into conversations about what it really takes to lead in this industry without losing yourself. From navigating generational dynamics, self-care and raw truth, to calling out burnout culture, she’s creating space for leaders to be real.
